What does the Wheelchair come with?
The wheelchair comes with 2 batteries, a charger, a joystick, 2 Allen wrenches, a seat belt and product instructions.
Do I need to take any precautions when charging the Wheelchair?
When charging, if the battery is built-in, ensure the wheelchair is turned off. The batteries are removable and can be carried anywhere to be charged separately, which is ideal for outdoor or harsh environments. You don't have to carry the whole wheelchair to a power outlet.
How about the Warranty?
We strictly inspect all products before shipment. For non-human damage during the warranty period, we provide free parts delivery. Lithium batteries, brushless motors, and controllers are covered for 6 months; the aluminum alloy frame has a 3-year warranty.

Are the batteries airline approved?
Our lithium batteries are designed for travel. However, airline regulations vary regarding battery Watt-hours (Wh). We recommend checking with your specific airline before travel to ensure compliance with their current safety standards.
