- All structural frame components.
- Electronic components found to be defective in material or workmanship upon examination.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS:
- Transaxle: Warranty does not apply to increases in operational noise level caused by excessive strain.
- Motor Brake: One-year for electrical functions; brake pads are considered wear items.

EXCLUSIONS:
- Wear items: ABS plastic shrouds, footrest covers, tires, tubes, upholstery, and seating.
- Battery: Warranted by the battery manufacturer.
- Damage caused by: battery fluid leakage, abuse, misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
